The shoes are perfect ,we ordered black they told us they were coming in, no sign of them so I e.mailed them and they said they were not, really unhappy at this point the girl then said we could have brown that they did have ,the gentleman who really needed them said he would have to accept brown though not the colour he really wanted.

its brilliant, we have a 16 stone severely handicapped son who we have to manoeuvre on the loo, normal seats allways eventually twist and move across plus doing the necessary cleanup is difficult. This seat allows us to get behind for clean ups and the front has cut away central slope which helps reduce "over shots". Our loo is up to a corner so all around access is difficult, this seat really does help. I didn't realise you can get one with a lid so I will be reordering. its well made and is really secure , the side clamps and front lip means it doesn't move, well worth the money.

l have used ROHO cushions for the past twenty five years and obviously the covers wear out, l purchased a replacement from Active Mobility Centre delivery was quick and free. l will keep them in my favorites.

Really nice quality, comfortable, well-made strap. It helps to support Mum's legs and keep her feet on the footplates. Arrived very quickly - excellent service.

Excellent service. The product had to be ordered and they said it would take 2-3 weeks to come but it was dispatched much earlier than that. Very good customer service and the chair cushion is very comfortable and well worth the price

Very comfortable to use. Give great support and so much easier on my hands, wrists and shoulders. Can walk much better and for longer. Very well designed and constructed. Only one small problem for me is that the crutches don’t stay on my arms when I stop!! Overall really really pleased with them.

This was just what was wanted. Easy to order, just a few days delivery, great. Items have been in use this past weekend. Very useful.

This is a great shower chair, really well balanced & sturdy. I am enjoying my showers again now that I feel safe.

Excellent and as described

Excellent product. I can walk faster and more upright, and sit down in shops. Well built: top of the range. Why only 4 stars? I can’t get much shopping in the bag, and it is hard to manoeuvre even on dropped kerbs. It hates small paving stones and cobbles and potholes, but who doesn’t.

Very happy with these shoes. Good for smart or casual. Service from Active Mobility very good as usual.

Excellent service, came next day!

Item is what I expected and was delivered promptly within a few days. The sling has not yet been used, It is for emergency use, for lifting my disabled wife, should she happen to fall, at home. We have an Oxford hoist but had been unable to find a suitable sling, until now.

Having ordered the wrong size, you were kind enough to replace my order and pick up the wrong ones by courier. I will allways be gratefull for your help. The protectors are great and I will recommend them to everyone.....Thanks again

just what we ordered, found it hard to put first tyre on, but learned fast. If you have halve a dozen tie raps great, put one on about every six inches once you have a bit of tyre on, makes it a lot easier. the last bit is the hardest
