It is a good and strong product as we expected and we believe that it will work very well for my mother, who is MS disease for more than 20 years.
Packaging could be better. I would expect a better packaging for such a product. Besides a harder carton, stretching with a transparent film would be a good idea, I think

Great product!! It at least gives me a spare to wash my cover and carry on using my wheelchair with the correct cushion!!! 10 out of 10 for all the service!

This pillow is REALLY (and surprisingly) comfortable, got an excellent nights sleep for the first few nights, and am sure that would carry on, but the rubber/memory foam has quite a strong aroma so i have washed the cover and am airing it in the hope that the smell will diminish a little.
