Well constructed product which was easy to install and is easy and comfortable to use. The order process was straightforward and goods arrived quickly.

Very comfortable gloves, easy to put on and true to sizing. The Velcro strip to secure the glove holds well. Good communication from customer services when I contacted them. I would recommend the gloves ab can the company.

Throughout the query phase Nigel was helpful, he quickly and efficiently identified my needs. Once decided on the E-Motion M15 wheels Nigel kept me up to date with progress and once the wheels arrived a date for fitting. The wheels are fantastic, I suffer with a connective tissue illness that affects my core strength, to have the wheels is truly fantastic as they reduce the effort needed to push a wheelchair by at least 60% but, it\'s up at 80% at times. I noticed Nigel was up to date with the products giving me expert advice and instantly felt confident placing my order with him rather than someone more local who had the \"it\'s business attitude\". The fitting off the wheels was also included with Nigel where as others wanted to charge more on top. When purchasing a really expensive item you want to feel confident that the people selling them know the product and can support you through the purchase and after care, I don\'t expect any issues however, I know I will have compassionate and quick support should one arise. Active Mobility is simply fantastic and leagues above their competitors. Thanks to Nigel and Janet for everything.

I was delighted with the speed of delivery of my order. Well done! I,m less sure about the 'one size fits all" idea because obviously it doesn`t! I find it rather unwieldy round the lower leg, but cosy and warm, which is what I wanted.

We’ve only just bought this reacher, so it’s early days. But, so far, we’re delighted with it. It’s exactly as described. It’s very light. The handle is easy to use. It holds on objects tightly once gripped - even round, slippery apples! The gripper rotates easily, though we haven’t found a use for that yet. The magnet picked up a hair-grip with ease. it’s also useful for picking things off high shelves. We bought the 30” size and I think that sort of length would suit most people.
