Dear Nigel and ALL at Active Mobility, We have NOT met, YET! I am SURE we will. I am writing primarily to inform you that the SmartDrive MX2+ arrived, ON TIME, in good order, and is perfect. I say primarily, but, in point of fact; I expect you know this and knew that you had DONE EVERYTHING to ensure it would. If I sound slightly surprised it is because Your Company (and a company is only as good as the people who work in it) has shown me that Customer’s DO COUNT, to some Company’s. Something, that sadly is too often forgotten in this country, today. So, having restored my faith in Customer Service, though it is a small enough reward, I SHALL come to Your Website, FIRST AND FOREMOST, for any future needs, I am sure there will be something I NEED to live as independently I can. The items sent, although very good for the walking stick they are not as advertised in the photo of them, which is disappointing

Very robust, sturdy & versatile. I ordered 2 for my elderly mother in law's access through a patio door to her garden and for her kitchen door entrance. She loves them and is now confident to get outdoors on her own. Simply to fix but make sure you use substantial screws and rawlplugs to ensure the rail is held securely. Paul W.

These crutches are excellent !! I suffer with a joint problem so after a few years of using regular crutches my wrists were suffering badly , The crutches were recommended to me and I have found them to be amazing . They can be adjusted to how I need them to be and they really take the pressure off my wrists and elbows. Also I bought the pink which is a really funky pink ! They are great and the delivery was superfast too !
