Returns
If for any reason you would like to return any goods to us please notify us within fourteen calender days by email enq@activemobility.co.uk or by post to our head office at the address below:

It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a safe and proper manner.
- We recommend that you use a service that requires a signature upon delivery.
- If you would like us to arrange collection of the goods, please let us know.
We inspect all returned goods and provided that they are found to be unused, not damaged and in the original packaging we will provide a full refund less carriage charges and any restocking fees where applicable.
Naturally, if the goods were faulty then Active Mobility Centre Ltd will bear the delivery and return costs.
Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund certain items ie anything specially made or customised, any used products that represent a hygiene risk such as used toilet seats, commodes, bottom wipers or bath lifts ect (unless of course they were found to be faulty upon delivery).
