As the Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is operated simply with the touch of a button, it is also suitable for individuals wishing to monitor their own oxygen saturation levels and pulse rate at home.

As your normal resting heart rate will differ depending on your health and lifestyle, it is best to ask your GP what your own pulse rate should be. Generally, a normal resting heart rate is around 60 to 100 beats per minute (bpm). Normal blood oxygen saturation level is typically around 95% to 100%.
