How can i place an order?
Answer - Our website has an easy to use and secure shopping basket system which makes it simple for you to order online. Once you have selected the items you’d like to order, you can choose to pay online with your Credit / Debit Card, Cheque / Postal Order, BACS or PayPal.
If you prefer to order offline, you can place your order by telephone, fax or post – please see the details below.
If you are ordering from a company, a nursing home or an NHS institution, we can accept an Official Order and send you an invoice.

- Faxed orders can be sent to 01642 808487. If you are claiming VAT exemption on your order (as a disabled person, on behalf of a disabled person or on behalf of a charity), please be sure to complete the VAT Declaration part of our printable order form. We also accept faxed orders sent on your official order form.
- To order by telephone
Speak personally to one of our sales team on 01642 805050. We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm - Saturday 10.00am-4.00pm. If you’d like us to give you a call, please drop us an email to enq@activemobility.co.uk and let us know a good time to call. If you are claiming VAT exemption we need you to complete our VAT Declaration form before we can process your order.

Please complete this order form or print off the details from the website, and post together with your cheque or postal order made payable to "Active Mobility Centre Ltd" to Active Mobility Centre Ltd, 178 Belasis Avenue, Billingham, Cleveland, TS23 1EY. If you are claiming VAT exemption you must complete the declaration part of the form.
How can I order without paying VAT?
Answer - During your ordering process you will be asked whether or not you wish to claim VAT exemption. If you do you will be required to complete an on line VAT exemption form.
Why am I charged VAT on delivery of my VAT-free order?
Answer - Delivery charges are not exempt from VAT and VAT must be charged on the delivery in all cases whether VAT exemption has been claimed or not.
Why are there some products I can't buy with VAT exemption?
Answer - It is HM Customs & Excise that decide whether or not an item is exempt from VAT charges or not and we follow there guidelines.
How can I fill in a VAT exemption certificate for a telephone order?
Answer - When you receive your order you will also receive a pink VAT exemption form for you to complete and return to us in the pre paid envelope.Please note that if we do not recieve the vat exemption form back within 10 days we will be obliged to charge you the VAT amount on your order.
